Quarantine life has brought out the inner chef in all of us. As we try to navigate through this crazy time, food brings us solace and comfort. Turning our kitchen into a fancy restaurant kitchen is a great idea! While cheat days are always welcome, we don't have to compromise on tasty food, while still keeping our meals healthy and plant-based. Here are some easy, healthy and delicious vegan recipes to give a try, while we are social-distancing from our home.
