SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURNS

1.1 We will accept returns on items purchased through the Website within 14 days of receipt of purchase, only to non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed; with all tags attached and without further visible damage. Noumenon is allowed to ask the customer for the reason of this dissolution, but the customer is under no obligation to state his/her reason (s).

1.2 We offer free shipping in the Netherlands on our clothing items. Return costs are on the customer's behalf. Once the return has been processed in our system, you’ll receive a confirmation email by our customer service and the purchasing amount of the product will be transferred back to your account. We can also provide you with a Noumenon giftcard, just send us an e-mail.

1.3 During the withdrawal period of 14 days, the consumer shall treat the product and its packaging with care. He shall only unpack or use the product in as far as necessary in order to assess the nature, characteristics and efficacy of the product. The point of departure here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product in the same way that he would be allowed in a shop.

1.5 All return shipments are made solely using the same service as the original delivery (Post NL). Please find the rates in the Shipping/Delivery section of the Terms & Conditions. The necessary documents and instructions for returning items will be enclosed in your e-mail that you will receive from us.

1.6 Please note that we can only accept returns from the country, which the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to Italy, for instance, we can only accept a return from Italy.

1.7 Please note to always add the order confirmation of the purchase you want to return. If not, we can not make a refund.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

2.1 After the payment is received in our system, your order will be dispatched. When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail to let you know it’s on the move. When your package is picked up at our office, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order on the Post NL website.

Europe 1 & 2 :

Between €9,00 and €23,75

Between 18,84 and 25,00

For shipments above €25 0, the shipping costs are free of charge.

2.3 Shipping Time

Netherlands
Your package should arrive 1-2 days after payment is received. Orders placed before 3PM ship the same day. That means that you will receive your Noumenon garment the next day.

International

Your package should, typically, arrive within 2-3 days depending on where you are in the world. US, for instance is 4-7 days and Australia 6-8 days.

The delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. However, the final delivery time will not exceed more than one week of the indicated delivery time, excepting cases of ‘force majeure’. Noumenon cannot be held responsible if the post is unable to deliver the order to the consumer on time.

2.4 Transfer of ownership
 & Risk

Ownership of merchandise will not be transferred until the associated obligations of purchaser have been fulfilled. At the point of transfer of ownership, which is at the point of delivery of the articles, product liability is transferred to the purchaser. Therefore the risk of loss, theft or damage to the products shall pass to the customer at the moment when the customer, or someone acting on behalf of the customer, come into possession of the ordered products.
